We want you to love your Tang Wuxia rose essence oil. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your order within 30 days of delivery for a full refund — even if the bottle has been opened.

• Our support team will respond within 12 hours with return instructions.
• Once we receive the returned item (or confirm the issue), we process your refund.

3. Refund Timeline

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval. For PayPal and card payments, processing times may vary depending on your bank.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will replace the item or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.

5. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, products that have been fully used cannot be returned, except under our 30-day satisfaction guarantee as described above.
